• Assistance of an international pharmaceuticals group (Romanian subsidiary) in recovering receivables of EUR 5.5 million from its Romanian distributor.
• Assistance of an important local bank on several cases against a minority shareholder in connection with its claims against the decisions taken by bank's general meetings of shareholders.
